We want you to be pleased with your purchase so please let us know if you have concerns with your shoes. If you need to return an item, please ensure you call us on +61 2 8399 0000 prior to returning shoes for a Returns Authorisation Number.

When returning shoes, please ensure that:

• The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn.
• You include your receipt and return address.
